CANCELLATION POLICY: We realize that from time to time things are overlooked and appointments must be cancelled. We will do our best to accommodate your needs and ask that you help us to maintain our level of service to our other customers by making all cancellation requests by 5:00p.m. the day prior to the scheduled date of service this will also help us to change our schedule so that we can avoid any cancellation fees. If cancellation notification is received after 5:00 p.m. the day prior to the scheduled date of service you may be billed a $20.00 cancellation fee. If cancellation notification is received after 7:00 a.m. the day service is scheduled you may be billed a $35.00 cancellation fee. If we complete the requested work prior to your cancellation call or email, full payment is required.
RESCHEDULE POLICY: We understand that on occasion plans change and you may need to reschedule your lawn services. We will do our best to accommodate your schedule. Please understand that we do schedule by areas and based on the services requested crew availability can change from day to day. Of course the more notice you can give us the easier it is to meet your needs. Please notify us at least 24 hours prior to scheduled service date that you need to reschedule so that we may keep our schedule as efficient as possible to meet the needs of all of our customers.
